Jennings is a strong supporter of internship and cooperative education programs for college students. We believe that there is no better way to prepare college graduates for the "real world" than to get them out in it. At the Jennings Companies, tasks can include:
- assisting in estimating by performing calculations of excavation and/or cast-in-place concrete quantities
- processing material submittals to ensure our clients that the materials we are providing them meet the specified engineering properties required by the construction documents
- tracking construction costs for our work by claiming quantities in conjunction with field supervisors
In the fast-paced environment of construction, there are plenty of challenges. We are looking for students who are up for these challenges and have a strong work ethic. Come with an eager and open attitude to learn about the construction industry, and we can provide a great experience that looks solid on a resume.
