Scott Jennings, P.E., President & CEO
M.S. Civil Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin
B.S. Civil Engineering, Drexel University
Mr. Jennings’ construction career has included numerous projects from coast to coast and Hawaii. With extensive experience in the civil arena, Scott has held the full range of roles within the industry. Prior to founding the Jennings Companies, Scott served as Senior Vice President/Divisional Manager for the Pacific Division of one of the largest engineering contractors in the country.
Mr. Jennings has been published in ASCE and the National Utility Contractor Association magazine. He also speaks locally on business and engineering topics to groups such as the American Society of Women Accountants and Hawaii Pacific University.
Mr. Jennings is a registered professional engineer in Hawaii, California, Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
Bryn Lai, CPA, Controller
B.S. Accounting, Georgetown University
Mr. Lai joined the Company as Controller in 2010. Bryn began his career at the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles, where he specialized in auditing real estate and construction companies.
Bryn has also worked at Toyota’s national headquarters in LA, for a commercial real estate developer in San Francisco, and was most recently the Controller of a law firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Robinn Asuncion, Accounts Payable & Payroll
Mrs. Asuncion joined the Jennings team in 2009 after working various positions in sales and facility management for a major retail department store in Honolulu. Robinn attained her accounting knowledge during employment with two of Hawaii’s largest financial institutions.
