Randy Durr, District Manager B.S. Construction Management, Arizona State University
Mr. Durr has over thirty years of site, mass excavation, and utility construction experience in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona. He has held positions in engineering, estimating, and project management on numerous private development, landfill improvement, freeway extension, and utility installations. Mr. Durr also specializes in value engineering for clients in need of quicker and less expensive ways to satisfy design intent and user needs.
Randy spent most of career with RCI Construction Group prior to joining Jennings Northwest LLC.
Mark Heintz, District Superintendent
Mr. Heintz’s career has spanned over thirty-five years in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Mark has been superintendent on hundreds of utility, roadway, pump station, bridge, and tunneling projects ranging in value to $30 million. He has been general superintendent on numerous projects of varying complexity including steel, HDPE, ductile iron, and HDPE pipe installations to 96”. Mr. Heintz has unparalleled experience in difficult shoring and dewatering scenarios in all types of groundwater and soil conditions.

Jordan Perry, Project Engineer B.S. Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Hawaii
Mr. Perry is a project engineer for our Northwest operations. He interned with Jennings in our Pacific District while attending college, and rejoined the company as a member of Jennings Northwest in 2011. Jordan has supported the construction of roadways, commercial buildings, radio towers, inland waterways, and beach renourishments. Prior to the Jennings Companies, Jordan held engineering positions with Koga Engineering and Construction in Kauai, Hawaii, and with Great Lakes Dredge and Dock, the largest marine construction contractor in the United States.
Abby Vogt, Project Engineer B.S. Construction Management, Central Washington University
Mrs. Vogt currently has responsibilities in Jennings’ Hawaii and Washington operations as a project engineer. She joined the team in 2009 and has successfully supported construction of roadway, pump station, utility installation, concrete flatwork, and dam modification work. Prior to the Jennings Companies, Abby’s professional experience included positions with Strider Construction Company and the Washington Department of Transportation performing field engineering and contract administration duties.
Chad Hayes, Concrete & Structures Foreman
Mr. Hayes has nearly twenty-five years of cast-in-place concrete and structures construction experience. He has formed and poured tens of thousands of cubic yards of structural concrete for water and wastewater treatment plants, bridges, water tanks, silica chip factories, steam generation plants, and parking garages.
Mr. Hayes also has extensive experience in setting precast components for bridges as well as tilt-up structures. He also has set, started up, and placed into service several machines related to water and wastewater treatment plants processes.
Chad has spent the majority of his career in Washington and Oregon.
