Gordon Evans, Superintendent

Mr. Evans has over twenty (20) years experience managing field operations for civil construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Hawaii. Specifically his experience includes, but is not limited to, mass excavation, deep utility installation and dewatering, wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and roadway/bridge construction.

As all members of the Jennings team, Gordon emphasizes safety in our operations and utilizes his skills in manpower and subcontractor management to efficiently construct our projects throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest.



Michael Lugauer, Superintendent

Mr. Lugauer has over eighteen years of utility and heavy/civil construction experience throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.  He has built miles of pipeline installations up to 90” epoxy and concrete lined installations under freeways, rivers, and railroad tracks.

Mike was previously employed by Scarsella Brothers, Inc. and RCI Construction Group prior to joining the Jennings team.



Ryan Eck, Sr. Project Engineer

B.S. Construction Engineering Management, Oregon State University

Mr. Eck joined Jennings Pacific LLC in 2011 as a project engineer handling private, state, city & county, and federal construction projects on Oahu. 

Prior to joining the Jennings team, Ryan worked in project management for Centex Homes and Brookfield Homes, both in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.


Scott Wilson, Project Engineer
B.S. Construction Management, Boise State University

Mr. Wilson came to Jennings Pacific LLC in 2009 and has lead the construction management of several projects for the Corps of Engineers, the State of Hawaii, and the City & County of Honolulu.  Scott has also been instrumental in the Eastern Washington’s operation supporting the field team there with construction administration tasks.

Before joining Jennings Pacific LLC, Scott worked in job costing and field engineering for Goodfellow Brothers Company and Cumming Corporation.


Abby Vogt, Project Engineer
B.S. Construction Management, Central Washington University

Mrs. Vogt currently has responsibilities in Jennings’ Hawaii and Washington operations as a project engineer.  She joined the team in 2009 and has successfully supported construction of roadway, pump station, utility installation, concrete flatwork, and dam modification work.
 
Prior to the Jennings Companies, Abby’s professional experience included positions with Strider Construction Company and the Washington Department of Transportation performing field engineering and contract administration duties.

 


Ian Owens, Survey Manager

Mr. Owens has over twenty years of construction surveying experience.  He has worked primarily in the Hawaii and Southern California markets.

Ian was previously employed by PCL Construction Group in Hawaii and BLC Surveying, Inc. in Southern California.
